The expansive space features several separate wings with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and also includes a media room, yoga space, rumpus and games room, and other living areas for you to enjoy and relax in, all with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the ocean in the distance. Outside you will find endless entertainment with a levelled grass court for ball sports of all kind, kids play equipment, a landscaped lawn area, blissful garden spaces and an orchard. Venture past the orchard to explore several paddocks with viewing platforms and a pocket beautiful mature rainforest. All of this and it’s just a 5 minute drive down the Valley to the township of Gerringong and the surrounding South Coast.
