Culburra Beach is Perched on a peninsula and surrounded by a river, lake, ocean and national park, Culburra Beach offers a multitude of outdoor activities. Seagrass is located in close proximity to the beach, river, lake, shops, cafes, and is also so close to some of the South Coast renowned attractions. There are endless options for day trips, from the white sands of Jervis Bay to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
