The Palm House offers the best of indoor and outdoor entertaining and living. Dine in with a view or al fresco on one of the two outdoor ocean-frontage back decks. There is space for everyone with two living areas, each leading out to the large outdoor back decking areas, or steal yourself away with a good book to the built-in day beds or the front deck.

Black Head Reserve at the tip of Gerroa is a great spot for whale watching between May and November, with the whales migrating north from May to August, and south from September to November. Gerroa offers a perfect base to explore all that the region has to offer – beautiful quality regional produce, boutique wineries and thriving neighbouring coastal and country communities, with Gerringong, Kiama and Berry all a short drive away. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
