BRAND NEW LISTING with access to our very own PoolClub within our gated community. 4 bedrooms including the Casita. Each Bedroom has its own Bathroom and shower! With a total of 4.5 bathrooms, the house is equipped for the entire family! Each bedroom also has its own little kitchenette. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen. Outside patio has a private Pool and lounge area. There is development within the community and rates have been lowered due to this. Guests do not have access to the OTA’s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They’re short but may happen during your stay.
