To welcome you with this philosophy, in a perfect combination of luxury, nature and relaxation, will be Villa Antica Dimora. On a charming location on the hills of Deruta, a city known worldwide for the production of extraordinary ceramics, this refined and elegant style location is located within a farm of about 16 hectares of land planted with olive trees and woods. The property has at its guests’ disposal up to 10 rooms and two large common rooms for convivial moments.
Each room in the house has been designed with the aim of offering unexpected landscapes, where the feeling of well-being, quiet and privacy is exalted, while expressing the fascinating history from which the structure takes its name.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 2. Check-out schedule: 10:00.
- 3. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
