Welcome to House of Views! House of Views is a spectacular log cabin on Beech Mountain with long-range multi-layered mountain views. Less than two miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this premier vacation cabin enjoys winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. During the warmer months, activities include hiking, mountain biking, chairlift rides, and disc golf. Enjoy the convenience of Beech Mountain restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Hike, bike, or ski the Emerald Outback. Buckeye Recreation Center is a short three-mile drive and has basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a playground, and a lake for fishing and paddle boating. The town of Banner Elk is six (6) miles away, with attractions like Lees-McRae College, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, the Banner Elk Winery, and more. Grandfather Mountain is just 30 minutes away, and Boone is 45 minutes from the cabin. *Allows Pets with an additional fee This three-level home has wood floors throughout and plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy. The main level has a bright open great room with an array of windows overlooking the view. The open kitchen is a comfortable gathering place with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large kitchen island with bar stool seating for four. The dining area has a large custom raw-edge wood table with side benches and chairs at the head of the table. The expansive upper and lower decks provide ample space to enjoy outdoor grilling, dining, or soaking in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. The lower level has an inviting family room with air hockey, a Pac-Man arcade game, a TV, and a cozy couch. The main level includes the master suite featuring deck access, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, and an additional queen bedroom with a private full bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms on the lower level, each with TVs and full private bathrooms. The spacious upper-level loft with a half bath includes two twin beds for an additional sleeping area. Additional Amenities at House of Views include central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, wifi, paid tv programming, and streaming on Disney+ and Netflix. One dog under 25 pounds may be included with a reservation. Sorry, there are no exceptions, and additional pet fees apply. There is a level gravel driveway with room for up to four cars. 4WD or AWD vehicles are necessary for winter weather driving. There is a doorbell camera on the front entrance door.
