Watauga Lake, the Watauga Lake Winery, and Villa Nove Vineyard are within a 30-minute drive from the cabin. The lake is visible from the house, and there are marinas offering boat rentals and water sports equipment for fishing and swimming.
Along with three separate sleeping areas, this cabin boasts a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with an attached dining area. The main level includes two queen suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom on the lower level has a king bed with a shared hallway bathroom. The lower level family room has a second full kitchen, a comfortable sectional sofa, large TV, and a 3-in-1 game table that converts to air hockey, billiards, or ping pong....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
