A delightful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in the private mountain community of Fleetwood Falls. This mature community features paved roads and a neighborly, pet-friendly atmosphere. Many residents can be found walking the quiet roads, tending to their gardens, or enjoying the community trails around the clean freshwater lake with picnic and swimming areas.
*Allows pets with an additional fee paid after booking. The fee is $35 per pet per day.
The cabin is less than 10 minutes the New River with plenty of outdoor activities such as canoeing, kayaking, tubing and fishing. Winding along with the river is Railroad Grade Road - formerly the site of the Virginia Carolina branch of the Norfolk and Western Railway that ran between Abingdon, Virginia and Todd, North Carolina. Today Railroad Grade road is a quaint, flat roadway that services motorists, but also bicyclists and walkers.
This one level home has been recently updated and renovated with new furnishings and air conditioning while boasting an intimate and well decorated modern space with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Out on the back deck, while enjoying outdoor dining or the gas fire pit, you will feel like you are in a treehouse looking out into the mature hardwoods.

Guest will enjoy the peaceful quiet area, a great escape into a private community where you can get away yet not be too far to Boone or the close by town of West Jefferson with lots of art galleries, restaurants, breweries, and a local favorite, the Ashe County Cheese Co.
Guests will need to abide by the Fleetwood Falls Lake Park community rules and practices while enjoying the beautiful lake and trails.
