Stoney Brook Cabin, nestled in a tranquil wooded property with seasonal mountain views, offers a serene but incredibly convenient location. It’s a hub for all the High Country has to offer, with rivers, lakes, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, public parks, and more just a short drive away.
The main level of Stoney Brook Cabin offers comfort for your enjoyment. It features an open floor plan with wood floors and vaulted ceilings, a beautifully updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and a dining area. The Great Room is a cozy retreat with leather furniture, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and an HD Smart TV. Outside, the covered porch and open patio have comfortable seating, a propane gas fire table, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Enjoy the new hot tub while outside.
There are two queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower. One has an HD Smart TV. The master bedroom suite upstairs has a king bed, an HD Smart TV, and a private master bathroom with a jetted tub and shower.
The lower level features a large open family room with comfy furniture, a huge HD Smart TV, an electric fireplace, a foosball table, an arcade game, and a bunk bed nook with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. This sleeping area shares the main floor hallway bathroom. A one-car attached garage is available for guest use, with access to and from the lower-level family room.
Stoney Brook Cabin boasts high-speed WiFi internet, digital cable TV programming on all 4 HD Smart TVs, and central heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort and climate control. Dogs are allowed at Stoney Brook Cabin, with a maximum of two and a 75-pound weight limit. Standard pet fees apply. Crates or kennels are required when dogs are left unattended.
