Just minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this two (2) bedroom, two and a half (2.5) bathroom townhome offers all of the amenities of a luxury mountain retreat. Located on a gated road and nestled alongside a peaceful, year-round stream, this home provides a tiered, two-level outdoor deck to enjoy the Appalachian mountain surroundings. Club privileges also come with the property, so guests can use the indoor pool, fitness center at the club, as well as the indoor/outdoor tennis courts and pickleball courts. Court time must be reserved with the YRC and may involve a court fee.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
