Welcome to Lookout Lodge!
Lookout Lodge is a 5BR/3BA cabin centrally located on Beech Mountain. Located less than a mile away from the year-round Beech Mountain Resort, guests enjoy access to winter activities, including some of the best skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing on the East coast. The slopes convert to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, chairlift rides, and disc golf during the warmer months. Additional hiking trails beside cascading mountain streams are abundant. A short four-mile drive, Buckeye Recreation Center provides basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a playground, and a picturesque lake for fishing and paddle-boating. The town of Banner Elk is six miles away at the base of the mountain, with attractions like High Country UTV Tours, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, and Wildcat Lake. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
