Havens Rest is a 2BR/2BA upscale mountain condo in the exclusive Echota on the Ridge gated community. This centrally located getaway in the heart of the High Country is a short drive to events and attractions in Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock or Valle Crucis, Appalachian State University, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Local favorites include Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, and The Greater Foscoe Gem Mining Company, to name a few.
This peaceful Blue Ridge escape boasts an open concept living area with a gas fireplace, a large HDTV, and cozy seating looking out over the panoramic mountain landscape. The convenient kitchen and bar area looks into the living room, and there is seating for six at the main dining table. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the common area for extra sleeping options. The covered porch boasts mountain views, comfy seating, and twinkly lights to create a wonderful ambiance while guests enjoy true Highly Country renewal.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large HDTV, private access to the covered deck, and a private full bath that includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a full bath, and a shower/tub combo.
All Echota amenities are available for guests to enjoy, including an indoor swimming pool and hot tub open all year and an outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular views during the summer months. There are two fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, and the park across from the resort entrance with river access, trails, and a picnic pavilion.
This condo is not pet-friendly. There is parking for two (2) vehicles. Guests can access this down a flight of stairs.
