Happy Apple is a charming, historic, 3BR farmhouse cottage that has been completely renovated and updated to meet the demands of even the most discerning guests! Even so, the property is arguably its greatest asset, as it sits on over 6 acres just a few miles outside of downtown Blowing Rock, with crisscrossing creeks and streams, footbridges, walking paths, a creekside fire pit, two picnic areas with charcoal grills, a gazebo, a small playhouse, and a huge grassy meadow that’s perfect for children and dogs to run and play safely! There is a small playhouse on the property next to the main house that children will enjoy. The well-known Bolick Pottery property borders Happy Apple. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
