The main level of Cottage at Stoney Brook features an open concept great room with wood floors and soaring vaulted ceilings, leather furniture, a large HD Smart TV, and a floor-to-ceiling, stone, gas log fireplace. The adjacent kitchen boasts stainless appliances and granite counters with a bar-height countertop for extra dining and casual gathering. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that seats six, and around the corner is yet another round table that seats five more in leather-lined chairs. Although never needed, the kitchen bar top, dining area, and table in the great room seat a total of 15 guests. Also on the main level is a half bath/powder room and an attached garage. Also on the main level is the primary king master bedroom suite. It features a solid wood king sleigh bed, a wall-mounted HDTV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, a separate tiled shower, and a large vanity with two sinks. This suite boasts cathedral ceilings and calming spa-like wall colors. Upstairs offers a central full hallway bathroom with a shower. On either side is a bedroom, one of which has a king bed and an HDTV with a custom wood accent wall, and a tongue-in-groove tray ceiling! The other upstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin top bunk over a queen bed. This bedroom also has an HDTV. The loft looks down into the great room and has two comfy chairs which both open up to twin sleepers. The loft also has an HDTV. French doors lead from the loft into a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, available for guest use. Cottage at Stoney Brook has an attached two-car garage, a cozy, covered front porch with log columns and rocking chairs, and a large back deck with a hot tub, a wood-burning chiminea, a stainless gas grill, and an outdoor dining table. Walk from the back deck or the front porch to the fire pit with a wood-burning chamber surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
