The main level of Divine View boasts a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, and huge windows which reveal those impressive long-range views. A banquet-style dining table seats ten guests, with two more bar-height stools at the adjacent, custom, live-edge spalted Maple bar top. There is also a built-in bar that extends the custom live-edge Maple slab design. High ceilings with tongue-and-groove paneling mirror the wood floors throughout this open concept area. The living room has a custom linen sofa flanked by two leather armchairs, centered around a beautiful, hand-crafted, live-edge coffee table, all of which enjoy windows that frame the limitless, long-range mountain views. There is a half bathroom and a laundry room on the main level. Covered decks with live-edge wood columns and exposed beams wrap around the side and rear of the main level.
Also on the main level is the newly-designed king master suite, featuring a corner gas log fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stonework and a live edge log mantle. Six-foot windows flank the fireplace, opening the suite to the mountain views and incredible natural light. On the inner wall is a large HD Smart TV. The impressive ensuite bathroom boasts a double, live-edge vanity with copper vessel sinks and exposed copper plumbing, a large glass shower with a waterfall head, and a water closet.
Up the carpeted stairs with rustic, branch railings is the open loft, with a huge HD Smart TV, a bumper pool table, a tall, live-edge bistro table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa. There is another king bedroom with an HD Smart TV, and a full bathroom, also recently renovated with a live-edge vanity and stainless sink, and a deep soaking tub/shower combo.
Walk downstairs into a large, open den with a gas log fireplace, comfortable, leather sectional, and a large HD Smart TV with a game console. Tucked back in the quiet corner of this house-length space is a bunk nook with two twin-over-twin, timber-framed bunk beds, and a reclining leather massage chair. A glass door in the den leads out to a large covered deck open to the mountain view. There is a Jack & Jill full bathroom with a new live-edge vanity and stainless sink, and a deep tub/shower combo, and a toilet behind a second closed door. On the other side of this full bathroom is the lower level king bedroom with a wall-mounted HD Smart TV.
The one-car garage is off of the lower level and has a full-sized ping pong table which can be enjoyed by all, or it can be folded up and rolled to the side so that guests can use the garage for parking if preferred.
