Little Boulder Cabin is a 3-level log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Little Boulder is nicely outfitted with granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, numerous new light fixtures and fans, updated bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, a new hot tub, a pool table, and lots of recent custom woodwork including a gorgeous new mantle, new bathroom mirror framing, a foyer shelf, kitchen shelving, and a spectacular, rough-sawn, heart pine desktop slab. Little Boulder provides a warm and cozy cabin with a rustic feel and is equipped with all of the important amenities and essentials.
The property is located on Seven Devils, only a mile and a half from the trails to Otter Falls and the Seven Devils town park, playground, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplines is 3 miles away....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
