Cardinal Perch is a distinct home with custom craftsmanship throughout. This home is full of mountain character with pieces like the leathered granite, banquet-style table, log-hewn seating, stone kitchen island, handmade wood slab beds, and more.
The main level offers an open great room, dining, and kitchen, all of which look through a wall of windows to mountaintop views. The custom dining table seats 10 guests comfortably and accommodates 15, including the island seating. The great room centers around a custom stone wall with a live edge mantle, stone hearth, gas log fireplace, and a huge HDTV. Even the half bathroom in the foyer is a fully customized work of art.
Upstairs features a completely private king master suite with comfortable furniture, vaulted ceiling, and private ensuite master bathroom with heated floors and oversized stone shower with frameless glass door and walls. The mountain views are best from the master suite.
Downstairs offers two more bedrooms and a game room. The 8-foot slate pool table, card and game-play table, a cabinet full of games and puzzles, and bar all complement a central 100" projector screen for movies, TV, and gaming. There is comfortable, reclining theater seating to enjoy your favorite movies and games. This property offers Streaming Services only. There is no cable or satellite programming.
