Mobility statements - This villa is in a hillside location with inclines. To access the villa there is a path which is 280cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm. The terrace is tiled and flat, with a small patch of lawn. There is a slight step up/down from the alfresco dining area. The pool itself has step access. The play area is uneven with stepping stones, loose stones, and rubber padding. This is a ground-floor property, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and all bathroom doors are 60cm wide.
