Big Bear Cabin is located in a gated neighborhood between Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. It has gorgeous, long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, including Grandfather and Sugar Mountain. Big Bear Cabin is great for those who want easy access to ski resorts and the quaint comforts of Banner Elk and Beech Mountain.
This cabin features a one-car garage, a bright, open floor plan, and bedrooms and a full bath on each level of the home. The loft-level king suite offers breathtaking views. With 2,600 square feet of living area in this home, there is plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and enjoy the space. Take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the spacious decks, the hot tub, or in front of a cozy fire. Play some foosball, or watch cable channels and stream your favorite digital content from smart TVs in the great room and the den. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Big Bear Cabin is less than 3 miles from Beech Mountain, about 6 miles from Sugar Mountain, and just a few minutes from downtown Banner Elk.
Note: Big Bear Cabin is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Parties or events are not permitted.

Access Note:
Access to Big Bear is a TWO STEP process requiring an initial stop at the Banner Elk Post Office to pick up a gate remote before proceeding to the house. Easy to follow instructions will be sent to you before arrival.
Winter Access
* 4WD/AWD and tire chains are needed to access this home in winter.
* Each of our homes has a plowing contract in place, but even with plowing, you will still need a 4WD and tire chains to access the home.
*The cabin is on a street that is paved, but steep.
