Welcome to The Treehouse!
Enjoy all seasons in this charming cabin tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains less than a mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Treehouse is centrally located and convenient to all the High Country has to offer. Appalachian Ski Mountain is less than two (2) miles away. Downtown Blowing Rock is also less than two (2) miles away, and Boone is about six (6) miles away. Tweetsie Railroad and Sky Valley Zip Lines are both within three (3) miles of the Treehouse. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Hawksnest SnowTubing & Ziplines Park are between fifteen (15) and twenty-five (25) miles from the cabin. There are multiple golf courses and trout streams in the High Country nearby. This cozy mountain home accommodates up to eleven (11) guests.
The main level features a well-equipped kitchen, has a central bar with additional seating, and is open to the dining area and great room. The great room features vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace with gas logs. The master suite on the main level has a king bed, walk-in closets, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a half bath on the main level off the kitchen.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king bed, a twin folding couch, and a full ensuite bathroom. The loft sitting area is open to the great room.
The lower level of the cabin opens to a comfortable family room with a stone, gas log fireplace, and a large screen TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room, as well as an air hockey table. The adjacent custom wet bar offers a great place to wet your whistle. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, and a third full bathroom serves the lower level.
Outdoors, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the well-landscaped, partly-level yard, mature trees, and a wood-burning fire pit relaxing in Adirondack chairs. A charcoal grill and outdoor dining are also features of the Treehouse.
This property has central heating and air conditioning, WiFi Internet, a washer and dryer, and digital Cable TV programming and ROKU available on all TVs.
In inclement weather, we strongly recommend a 4WD to access the property.
