Completely renovated in the Spring of 2020, Meadow View sits on a large 2-acre wooded lot. At 4,300 feet in elevation, the home has an unparalleled view of Beech Mountain. It may feel as though you are miles away from civilization, yet you are only a short 10-minute drive to the charming town of Banner Elk.
Arriving, you will enter the great room where the living room, dining room, and kitchen share an open space. Wood floors and ceilings add charm and warmth to the area. The great room has a large TV, cable and Wi-Fi access, a wood-burning stone fireplace, a rustic dining room table seating up to eight (8), plus a kitchen island that can accommodate an additional three (3). The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking great meals and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The deck has a gas grill and a rustic, custom-crafted dining table that seats six (6).
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath, and an HDTV. The second bathroom is also on this level and serves the queen bedroom and the third bedroom with the single-over-full bunk bed. There is also a stackable washer and dryer and a laundry chute for the lower-level laundry room.

The lower level features a large game room with a wet bar, mini-fridge, a gas log fireplace, a full-size arcade game, a foosball table, an electronic dartboard, and a large HDTV with cable and internet access. There is another stunning view of mountains from the lower level deck and stairs that lead to the fire pit on the patio below. A staircase leads down to a hot tub by the parking area. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, an internet-ready Blu-Ray DVD player, and a built-in electric heater on the lower level. The best feature of this bedroom is the direct access to the deck, where you can relax at a lovely table with chairs while you enjoy the view. There is a third bathroom, a laundry room, and a refrigerator. Kids will enjoy the large bedroom with a mountain-themed, twin-over-full bunk bed, an HDTV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player.
