Treat Yosef is an upscale mountain modern home with flares of rustic charm. It sits on a generous lot with a cozy backyard surrounded by mature trees. Mountain views are seasonal from late fall through the winter and into the early spring.
The master suite on the main floor offers a king bed, a wall-mounted flat-panel HDTV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet and spacious, tiled shower. The sliding glass door leads to the covered rear deck with a gas grill, an outdoor dining table, and comfortable seating. The common areas of the home feature an open floor plan and have vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceilings with high windows to let in natural light. The living room features a gas log fireplace and an HD Smart TV with a DVD player.
Venture down to the lower level family room, which offers a large HD Smart TV, BluRay player, and a foosball table. There are three bedrooms on the lower level, a king bedroom with an HDTV, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with a twin XL-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. The lower level shares a large full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Off the family room are sliding glass doors leading to the large rear deck with Adirondack style deck furniture and down to the back yard to the wood-burning fire pit. The owner has added a 6-person hot tub to the property.
Treat Yosef has paved roads to the house and a paved parking area for 2 to 3 vehicles. Located right off of Highway 321, you are conveniently close to all the High Country has to offer! The location is ideal as you are less than 3 miles from Tweetsie Railroad and Appalachian Ski Mountain, about 3.5 miles to the Appalachian State University campus, less than 2 miles from Boone, and about 5 miles from downtown Blowing Rock.
Treat Yosef allows dogs. One (1) maximum with a 50-pound weight limit. Standard pet fees apply.
