Welcome to Brigadoon
Brigadoon is a 2,800 square foot, custom-built, comfortable mountain home with sophisticated, contemporary elements. Highlights of the finished lower level include a bonus room with a queen bed, a TV, a full closet, a full bathroom with a shower, an enclosed laundry room, a pool table, an entertainment area with a TV, and a walkout deck with Hot tub! New mattresses, TVs, furniture, carpet, and window treatments were added throughout the home as well.
The home has exposed timbers in the main living area and an open floor plan. The large dining area offers comfortable seating for 8-10 people at the main dining table with an additional game table and 4 chairs available that can be used for extra dining. Set on a double lot, Brigadoon has large wraparound decks with a propane gas grill, a picnic table, and a swing overlooking a spacious backyard...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
