The family bathroom is complete with a bath and shower. Next door is the open plan living room with a charming woodburning stove which is the real centrepiece of the room, inviting you to sink into the sofa after a long day’s exploring the Cotswolds AONB. With picturesque villages of Woodstock, Kingham and Bourton On The Water only a short drive away. Soho Farmhouse is only 3 miles away (10 mins drive/taxi)...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- Only 1 dog allowed per booking.
- No disposable BBQs, please.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm
- Please respect check-in and check-out times
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
