Though when you venture out from this cozy cottage, you don’t have far to walk or drive to find all the fun and adventure.

Please note that all bed linen is included as well as all bathroom towels. Tea towels are also provided.
This property is dog friendly. Please let us know if you plan to bring your fur baby on holiday with you as there is a $75 pet fee payable. Sorry no puppies under a year old.

The local IGA is a short 250m walk across the road, very convenient and easy to stock up on all of your favourite holiday foods and snacks. The famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island is only a 10 minute, 900 metre walk down to the Victor Harbor Esplanade. With many attractions and sight-seeing adventures once you reach the tourist epicentre. You will find everything in between that walk.....pubs, cafes, bottle shops, boutiques and bakeries. You could walk or hire a bike and head over to hike the magnificent Bluff and take in the glorious sites of the Fleurieu Peninsula. And if you are a keen gym goer, the 24 hour Anytime Fitness in directly opposite this charming cottage.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
