Bring your favourite people to relax in this lovely family beach home located just 5 mins walk to the magnificent Middleton Surf Beach and a short drive to top eating spots and wineries.
Featuring a large, open plan kitchen/meals and living space which opens onto an expansive entertainers balcony and then also a second living area downstairs with kitchenette, this is one house the whole family will enjoy.
With special permission you might also bring your fur baby with you to enjoy beach walks and back yard cricket with the family. Please ask first. Sorry no puppies under 2 years.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master is upstairs with private en-suite. There is also a third toilet on this level.
Downstairs there is a queen bed in one bedroom and two sets of single bunk beds in the other. The family bathroom services both these bedrooms. There is also a queen size fold out sofa bed in the downstairs living...

Bring the bikes and enjoy rides to Victor Harbor or across to Goolwa along the coastal bike path. Enjoy a surfing lesson or perhaps a long afternoon of good food and wine at one of several local wineries. Along with many eateries and shopping opportunities in nearby Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, this is the perfect place to bring the Grandparents and a couple of the kids cousins too and make some lasting family memories.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
