Surrounded by spacious, natural settings, this delightful 3 bedroom cottage style beach house has all you need for a peaceful retreat. Only 450m to beautiful Diamond Bay Beach and Peninsula Walking Track, simply kick off your shoes and enjoy beachside living.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
The Space:
The star attraction is the property’s location: only 450m to Diamond Bay Beach with its striking sandstone cliffs, extensive rock platforms and reefs ideal for snorkelling, inviting stretches of sandy beach, and a 30m high bluff, making it the perfect spot to watch all the local surfers or to join them in the great southern waves!
This fully renovated cottage style beach house is nestled within peaceful surrounds and generous open lawn space. Offering 3 bedrooms, two with king beds–option to split king beds each into two singles if sufficient notice is given–and third bedroom with a queen bed; 2 bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and toilet–main with bath–a European style laundry with washing machine, dryer and open parking for 3 cars.
The generous, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the dining area for 6. Just beyond is the lounge room with plenty of comfy seating for the whole family to get together around the gas log fire in the cooler months or to watch a movie in the comfort of air-conditioning during summer scorchers. Next to the kitchen is a second cozy living area with couch, perfect for getting together while a meal is being prepared. Sliding doors from the main living space open onto the back deck, looking over the green lawn and native trees that surround the property.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
