This thoughtfully designed home features two bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom, perfect for families or small groups looking to relax in comfort. One of the best parts of Mavis at the Quad is the unbeatable walkability. Step outside and explore Park Circle’s vibrant mix of breweries, restaurants, cafés, and green spaces. Local favorites like Holy City Brewing, Firefly Distillery, The Junction, Jackrabbit Filly, Nippitaty Distillery, and Prophet Coffee are all just steps away. The location is equally convenient for exploring beyond the neighborhood, only 10 minutes from Charleston International Airport, 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, and about 30 minutes to the beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. Guests enjoy private access to their first-floor unit, plus a designated off-street parking spot for easy arrivals and departures. Mavis at the Quad offers the perfect blend of calm, comfort, and local charm, an ideal home base for your Park Circle getaway! *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
