Our condo is an urban oasis with access to a shared pool and many parks, which is perfect for bringing a dog along on your travels.
While you are not lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sunshine in the company of residents and fellow travelers, relax and socialize in the spacious main living room. If the weather is on the chiller side, light the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth of the fire. Head to the loft living space to enjoy movie nights or binge-watch your favorite shows. Each guest can enjoy their privacy since our condo has a bathroom for each bedroom.

With the convenience of in-unit laundry, you can pack light and utilize the washer and dryer appliances for your clothes without having too many items and clutter.
Our condo is in a fantastic location facing Carson Park and is within walking distance of many dining and shopping options. Starbucks and several restaurants are a 10-minute walk away or less. Carson Park is where the entire neighborhood walks their dogs so you can take your furry companions over there during your stay. The park is charming and well-maintained, with three ponds, a playground, and a pavilion. If you’d like to visit Cherry Creek Reservoir, the vehicle entrance is about a 2-minute drive. If you’d rather walk, a nearby entrance is at the Quincy and Parker Rd intersection. Drive South on Parker Rd, and you’ll be at Costco, Trader Joe’s, and King Soopers in 10-15 minutes. A bus stop is nearby, and the 9 Mile station park-n-ride light rail station is only about a 2-3 min drive (accessible by bus). Meadow Hills Golf Course borders the neighborhood and is accessible on Dawson St, another short drive. Lots of resources are very close by and easily accessible!
Parking is by permit only and restricted to one (1) reserved parking space close to the condo. Daytime guests may park without permits. However, overnight guests must use the provided permit. Use of the visitor spaces for additional cars may be towed at the guest’s expense.
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
