Our brand new single-level 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect Moab getaway! It’s conveniently located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Moab in a quiet residential neighborhood. Its central location offers unparalleled access to all of the area amenities.
This fully modern, recently constructed home features a huge garage and driveway, cozy outdoor living area with firepit, a built in grill and ample seating inside and out for family and friends to gather and enjoy the surrounding desert landscape! Our home’s layout and brand new furnishings are perfect for couples looking to work remotely for an extended stay or for families who would like to retreat and thoroughly explore all the area has to offer. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create meals at home. Cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace and stream your favorite subscription channels on the large flat screen smart tv (YouTube TV is included which provides access to network channels). The master bedroom has a luxury king size mattress with attached bath including a garden tub, separate shower and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and includes an attached bath. There’s also a rollaway bed for the occasional extra guest and a bonus half bath. The home also has a laundry room with new washer and dryer.
The residence offers access to a two-car garage for parking and bike and toy storage. Please note that, per HOA rules, trailers and RV’s are not allowed to be parked in the driveway, but additional parking is available on Westwater Dr near the home.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 60 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance.
