In this modern apartment, 5 guests will enjoy the sun and the beach in one of the most wonderful towns in Mallorca, Alcúdia.
Our guests can enjoy their lunch and dinner outdoors on the two beautiful terraces that the apartment offers. The first one is at the front and the second one at the back with access from the bedrooms and where you can also lie on the sunbed and revel in the sun.
The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the building, is luminous and modern. The living room is equipped with AC and TV-sat. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with twin beds; and the last one with a single bed. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
