This beautiful villa is situated on an magnificent position on the cliffs above a beach (a large part of the Praia d’Oura Beach), where you will find a snack bar (private access via a staircase from the garden, which is steep and is not recommended for young children or elderly). The house shares its electric gates and driveway with villa Pilar. The driveway lined with flowers leads to the separate entrances. There is a gate in the garden for guests who want to book both villas, both villas offer privacy and are independent of each other. Although it is possible that the neighbors will hear you because the pools are situated near each other. It’s hard to believe that this villa is only a short walk from Santa Eulalia, where you will find a great variety of restaurants and bars. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
