This four-story unit uses internal stairs to reach each level. Approx 10-12 steps on each flight. There are two entrances to the unit, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor.
On the ground floor is the car park, entrance and bedroom with its own bathroom. Up on the first floor is a shared bathroom, bedroom and laundry closet. On the second floor is the lounge, kitchen, dining are and small balcony. On the top floor is bedroom.
