Ideally located halfway between Frankton and Queenstown center, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment offers spectacular lake and mountain views. With a touch of luxury, and a warm and welcoming hosting team, this beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped apartment is the perfect base for your Queenstown getaway.
For your comfort and enjoyment we’ve recently replaced and upgraded the furniture and have fully repainted the unit.

Floor Plan is as follows:
This two-story unit uses internal stairs of 12 steps to reach each floor. There are external stairs with approx. 12 steps, used to access the entrance.
On the bottom floor, we have the main entrance, lounge, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, bathroom, laundry and small balcony.
Up on the top floor we have two bedroom and a shared bathroom.
Parking is on the top floor, and uses stairs to reach entrance on bottom floor.

Kitchen amenities:
We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind packet, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
