Floor Plan is as follows: This two-story unit uses internal stairs of 12 steps to reach each floor. There are external stairs with approx. 12 steps, used to access the entrance. On the bottom floor, we have the main entrance, lounge, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, bathroom, laundry and small balcony. Up on the top floor we have two bedroom and a shared bathroom. Parking is on the top floor, and uses stairs to reach entrance on bottom floor. Parking: 2 x allocated uncovered parking. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind packet, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
