PLEASE NOTE: * Please note: Summerchase is conducting a major restoration project starting this Fall 2024. Here is what to expect: • Timeline: Work starts November 2024 lasting through May 2025, schedule and weather permitting. • Balcony Renovations: All balconies will be renovated; expect noise and dust from grinding to bare concrete. • Balcony Access: Balconies will be closed and locked; furniture must be stored indoors. • Closure Schedule: Due to the extensive nature of the work, balcony closures may change with little to no notice from the property. • Swing Stages: Equipment will be present for balcony access. This includes the Gulf Side of the building. • Area Closures: Periodic closures of pool deck, sand room, grill area, and portions of the parking lot. • Exterior Painting: Painting of balcony railings, storm shutters, pool deck railings, and vertical supports will occur. Please stay up to date for any possible changes.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
