Hello Sunshine offers tremendous views of the Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beaches! The private heated pool overlooks the Gulf and a great place to watch Dauphin Island’s famous sunsets. The open floor plan allows for ample space to move around and relax. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create and enjoy meals.
Hello Sunshine sleeps up to 20 people and is a pet-friendly property, so you can enjoy your time on your island with your entire family. There are five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Three king ensuites, a queen ensuite, a lavish bunk room with three full over full bunk beds and a gaming arcade (perfect for the kids). There is also a dedicated washer and dryer for your convenience.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet friendly with prior permission. Only dogs. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 per dog per stay pet fee.
