The Home
Tucked away in a serene, tree lined street in the beautiful Colony Pines neighborhood. This single family home offers an incredible amount of space with 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 with queen beds a twin size bedroom and an Article queen sleeper sofa. Our beds are outfitted with the softest sheets, bathrooms complete with Lather soaps and Chortex towels. Every detail has been accounted for. We welcome long term stays. Come enjoy this perfect family home.
Please Read - Landscaping is scheduled for Monday - Wednesday in Newport News. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
