Welcome to Casa Del Mar! Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation with the family with your own private POOL! This home is fully renovated including a fully renovated POOL! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood so your family can relax but still only minutes from BEACH! This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, living room, dining room, fully remodeled kitchen, laundry room and BRAND NEW POOL! Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
