There is no on-site parking available at this property. However, there is a Wilson’s Car Park nearby (400m away).
While everything you need is within walking distance, we understand that sometimes you may want to venture a bit further or explore the city at your own pace. That’s why we’re thrilled to inform you that tram routes 11, 12, 48, and 109 are conveniently located at 101 Collins Street, just a short 260 meters from our property.
We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need.
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
