Cozy apartment in the old town of Levanto, just 300 meters from the main beach Bagni Casinò. 1,1 km from the train station of Levanto.
The apartment was renovated, it is new and elegant.
Perfect up to 4 people. IMPORTANT: ADULTS ONLY, CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OLD NOT ALLOWED, PETS AND DOGS NOT ALLOWED. Thank you.
With two bedrooms, one bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, living room with small balcony and panoramic view over the old town.

The rental price includes gas, water, electricity, initial and final cleanings, initial sets of bedlinen and towels. At your arrival, you will find the beds ready.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator (6 flights of stairs).
The bell tower of the ancient Church of Sant’Andrea is quite close. In the morning the typical tolling of bells may disturb the sleep of the most sensitive people.
However, all the windows in the apartment are equipped with double glaze windows.

The parking is upon request, to pay extra on site (10€ per day).

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won’t be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don’t provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don’t tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
