You’ve found it!! Centrally located Airbnb in the heart of the VIllage District in Laguna Beach (w/Parking HEAT and AIR CONDITIONING!). Steps to Cleo Beach, 100 yards from Ralphs, a stones throw to THE famous DECK and Driftwood restaurants(We share the alley on Sleepy Hollow!) on CLEO beach, a short 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown and Main Beach.

NOTE- We’re in the heart of downtown next to the beach which means we’re close to PCH and street noise. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for each bedroom for sensitive sleepers:).

COVERED CARPORT PARKING FOR 1 LARGE/MEDIUM VEHICLE. For larger vehicles pull half way in and your nose of the car can be even with the property line.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • NOISE ORDINANCE:
  • Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
  • Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
  • PETS: We're pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
