BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
Deo Plaza Apartment is located in the heart of Gdansk on Granary Island. The building is a former granary, one of three that survived the war conflagration. The Deo Plaza building is located on the Motlawa River itself, on the island side of Chmielna Street - the main street of Granary Island. Perpendicular to the waterfront and Chmielna, Deo Plaza is bordered by Stągiewna Street, which crosses the Green Bridge and is an extension of Długi Targ and thus the Royal Way.
The Deo Plaza complex has restaurants for lesser and greater hunger, including Salty Granary, Genesis, Woosabi and Whiskey in the Jar. If you’re in the mood for coffee or something sweet, you can check out the Wedel Chocolate Pump Room, and for a beer outing, Riverside by Pilsner is recommended. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
