Property Management’s Oceans Grove is a stunning new construction 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps and entertains 14 guests. This modern beach house is located just a 3 minute walk to the wide sandy beaches of Corolla. Get out and play some volleyball in this homes full size volleyball court or enjoy a cold beverage by the private pool.
The top floor of this home is complete with a custom gourmet’s kitchen, expansive dining room, a great room with ample seating and a sun drenched king en suite master bedroom. You will definitely enjoy cooking in this state-of-the-art kitchen with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The great room has a large widescreen TV with a sound bar for those lazy beach nights in.
The main level of the home features one king en suite bedroom, one double bunk bedroom with en suite, a queen bedroom that shares a jack and jill with the double twin bedroom.. There is also a desk on this level for the family member who just can’t leave work at home!
The ground level is full of fun! There is a game room packed with board games and fun family games & vintage Nintendo. The widescreen TV and surround sound, pool table and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator! There is also a ground floor master with a king size bed.
This property has 6-7 parking spots for guests.
**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. This pool will be heated starting April 20, it is $250 a week for heating the pool. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 5pm. A unique keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Management team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Property Management homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Management representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Management buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads
* Dental Floss
* Q-tips/Cotton Balls
* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues
*Coffee grounds
3) We allow pets at this property for an additional $100 per pet, per week (anywhere between 1-7 nights). Please inquire about long term pet fees.
4) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Property Management reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
