Its location is near Sunrise Pool and Seabrook’s growing trail network also makes this South Farm retreat a great option for the adventure-seekers in your group. Just across the way in Barn Hill Park, next to the horse barn, is a large fire pit where the whole family can gather for an evening of s’mores.

A Lavender Pearl has step-free entry thanks to a ramp from the driveway to the mudroom and a flat entry door threshold. The main floor queen bedroom located just off the mudroom has a comfort-height bed for people using a wheelchair, and the adjacent guest bathroom has a wall-mounted sink, comfort-height toilet, and roll-in shower for easier access.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • A Lavender Pearl has an occupancy maximum of 9 guests and is a pet free home.
  • Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
  • There is no smoking in A Lavender Pearl. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
  • No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
  • The minimum rental age is 25.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
