It’s the perfect space to relax and connect with your favorite people. Like to cook? The gourmet open concept kitchen is well equipped for making everything from a quick breakfast to an entire holiday spread. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas range, large selection of pots & pans, baking dishes and all the tools you’ll need to prepare and serve amazing meals. Day at the beach? Underneath the back deck you’ll find plenty of sand toys and the deck box is fully stocked with fun outdoor toys. There is a large wheeled cooler in the pantry closet for your ice cold beverages and beach snacks. You’ll also find a heated outdoor faucet for washing off sandy toes when you get back. Traveling with kids? Tidewater Cottage has plenty of things to keep them busy! Close proximity to Sunrise Pool makes pool time a must! Get plenty of fresh air hiking the nearby trails, biking, riding the zipline, shooting hoops at the basketball court or playing Pickelball and tennis. Back at Tidewater there is a huge selection of children’s books and games, a BluRay player and two smart TVs with plenty of kid-friendly streaming options. Watch their jaws drop when they discover the secret kid hideaway in the bunk room! Prefer a more laid-back escape? Tidewater Cottage is a dreamy oasis for a little calm and quiet anytime of year. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or turn on the gas fireplace and curl up to watch a favorite movie or read a good book. Grab a blanket from the basket in the living room and get cozy in an adirondack chair. The south facing front porch is perfect for watching the sun rise while you enjoy your morning coffee, whereas the back porch is ideal for taking in Property Manager’s exceptional sunsets with a glass of wine. However you decide to spend the day - when the sun goes down, grab your s’mores supplies and head out to the fire pit on the back patio.
