The Penthouse is all about relaxing in style and placing yourself on the perfect perch with amazing views and good vibes. Feel the sea breeze from the northern facing balcony and hear the oceans roar each night as a soothing lullaby. Enjoy the nearly panoramic view while you read a good book you’ve been meaning to find the time for while sipping your cup of coffee on the rooftop steps away from the Penthouse while enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market and town below. Take a break by cozying up by the fireplace lounging watching TV on the large flat screen while being able to see the cresting waves through the window.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The Penthouse has an occupancy maximum of 4 guests and 2 dogs. A dog fee will be charged upon confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in the Penthouse. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- This home is located near an active construction area.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
