Located on one of the premier lots in Seabrook, Sunset Retreat offers amazing views from 3 levels. To the west, expansive windows and a deck on each floor provide breathtaking views of the sunset. You and your guests can enjoy the sun dip into the ocean. Directly to the north, is West Hill Park, an open green space for kids and dogs to play. This park also has a brand new staircase leading to the beach. To the south, the bustling town center is just one block away. This home is dog and children friendly and is thoughtfully stocked to be the perfect place to get away from daily routines and make new memories. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Sunset Retreat has an occupancy maximum of 15 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Sunset Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
