Oceans Five is located just a short walk away from the ocean and directly across from Compass Park and the Pool. The house is on a large corner lot and has a beautiful landscaped front yard and a backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture to watch the kids play! Come relax and enjoy a nice beach vacation with your loved ones.

The large bright gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and island seating for three and table seating for eight. You’ll find the cupboards stocked with all of the tools you need to create a lovely meal. You can cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the open dining area that looks out the French doors to the wrap around covered deck with Adirondack chairs and gas grill.

Oceans Five is located in the charming Alderwood District. Just a 5 minute walk to town center and the beach. Grab a picnic basket and spend the day at Crescent Park. This huge park features outdoor games, a bocce ball court, community fire pits, the playground, the basketball court and the indoor pool.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Oceans Five has an occupancy maximum of 12 guests and 2 dogs. A dog fee will be charged upon confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Oceans Five. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
