Drift Away is on one of the Seabrook Founder’s Lots and is the perfect vacation getaway. Our five-bedroom home away from home is the perfect place for family and friends to get together. DRIFT AWAY is in the heart of Seabrook just a few steps from the Town Hall, a stone’s throw from the shops and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. The indoor pool is just around the corner and a ping pong table is in the garage. The house has wrap around decks facing west towards the ocean and fabulous sunsets and a fire to keep you cozy.
The landscaped yard has a hot tub to relax in with friends; you can gather round the fire pit to roast that perfect s’more; or sit on the deck around the outdoor gas fireplace. The deck also has a stainless-steel grill for cooking up your favorite meals.

Drift Away is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Drift Away has an occupancy maximum of 15 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Drift Away. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
- Please be aware that your rental property shares a lot with a carriage house that may be owner-occupied.
