* 1 vehicle MAX at this property. * Please note: Capri is undergoing a continued restoration project starting around the end of September 2024/beginning of October 2024 through November - February 2025 timeframe, schedule permitting. Beach access still accessible via tunnel access which is still erected at this time! Here is what to expect come Fall 2024 for the Balcony Railing Replacements and Coating project: • Outdoor pool CLOSURE during project. Indoor pool will remain OPEN. • Project will consist of, though not limited to; grinding, jackhammering, drilling when replacing railings. • BALCONY CLOSURES. (furniture will be brought inside of the unit) Contact for updates. • They will start with the north balconies first before moving to the South side balconies. • At some point they will be working on handrails and deck coatings. Awaiting the schedule. An exact unit by unit schedule is not available at this time, and unexpected updates may occur as the project progresses. Work will not take place in the evenings.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
